I entered the corporate world at 18, always feeling there was more to life than just a job. Despite this intuition, I lacked a clear plan or direction. It wasn't until after I turned 50, that I discovered my true purpose, proving it's never too late to pursue big dreams.
I believe my calling is to gain knowledge and use it to help others. My goal has always been to achieve success and live abundantly & be the change to transform my family's financial destiny.

MY STORY...
Small-town Pennsylvania roots, big dreams.
I had a happy childhood but always dreamed of something more. After high school, I took an unconventional path and enrolled in a travel school (yes, those actually existed!). During my studies, I attended an industry job fair that would change my life. One conversation led to an unexpected airline job offer. Just like that, at 18yrs old I remember calling my Mom and saying: 'I'm moving to Washington DC!' Her surprise matched my excitement.
Sometimes, life's best adventures begin with a single step out of your comfort zone.
That move to DC was life-changing. I forged lifelong friendships and, surprisingly, reconnected with my future husband at the airport—a classmate from 5th grade! Talk about fate.
Two kids later, the shine of airline perks faded. Stand-by travel and holiday shifts lost their appeal. I craved more time at home and flexibility, spurring a career change.
My passion for fitness led me to help friends manage their new gym. That experience was an epiphany—health and fitness wasn't just a hobby, it was my calling!
Life took another turn when my parents moved nearby to help with childcare - life was perfect.
Then came the news that shattered our world: Mom diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. Even now, it's hard to write without tears.
That moment was a wake-up call. Life is fleeting. Mom was my rock, my biggest supporter. I believe she's still cheering me on from above & opening doors. But it's up to me to take that first step and walk through them.
Her legacy taught me: seize opportunities, cherish every moment, and live with purpose!
Years in fitness and nutrition have fueled my passion for wellness. Over time, I realized that health isn’t one-size-fits-all—especially as life throws new challenges our way. I love sharing what I’ve learned about nutrition, gut health, mindset, and overall well-being, helping people find what truly works for them.
It’s not about a single product or quick fix—it’s about discovering the right combination for your body and lifestyle, and doing it with a supportive community of like-minded people. I love connecting, sharing tips, and celebrating wins, because wellness is better together.
It's not just a job—it's my calling come to life.
And, my mental health and overall health has never been better!
